If it’s really pouring with rain and climbing is unthinkable then we would cancel and you’d get a full refund. That doesn’t happen very often though as we try and find dry and sheltered venues, and sometimes still climb if it’s wet.
Granite stays pretty grippy even in the rain and there’s some good routes about that we’ve climbed in all sorts of weather. There’s always ropework to be practiced and bad weather is the perfect oppertunity to be building belays and placing gear.
We could always head to a climbing wall, but we prefer the outside stuff!
The decision to cancel lies with us though, but is normally a mutual decision.
